Gothic Sallet circa 1475
This sallet is inspired by the one on a mounted knight in the Royal Armouries Leeds. It is a welded construction from 2mm mild steel and is made to measure.
We have kept it full of original detailing with it having an asymmetrical skull as the crest pulls off to one side and a rougher historical grind and polish full of interesting character great for living history. Alternative finishes available. Comes as standard with a leather suspension liner.

How to Measure:
Use a soft measuring tape.
Measure around your head, above your ears and eyebrows, where the helmet will sit.
If you plan to wear the helmet over a hairstyle or other headwear (like an arming cap/coif, please keep that in mind while measuring.)
