Deposit for custom fantasy Arthurian armour
Product Deposit Agreement
• Client shall pay a deposit of £5,000.00
• This deposit secures Client’s place in the Maker’s production queue for an Arthurian-inspired medieval armour suit, with bespoke adaptations for long-distance hiking and walking (“Armour”).
• The deposit will be credited in full against the final purchase price of the Armour once specifications and pricing are mutually agreed in writing.
Specification and Final Price
• Detailed design, materials, and bespoke features (including but not limited to weight-reduction, ventilation, mobility enhancements, and accessory fittings) will be discussed and finalized by both parties.
• Maker shall provide a formal quotation for the Armour’s total cost (“Final Price”) based on the agreed specifications.
• Client acknowledges that the Final Price may exceed the deposit amount; any remaining balance will be invoiced upon acceptance of the final design.
Production Timeline
• Receipt of this deposit reserves Client’s slot for production scheduled to begin in late 2026.
• Maker will confirm an estimated start date and completion timeframe once the Final Price and specifications are agreed.
Reservation and Queue Position
• The deposit guarantees reservation of production capacity and priority scheduling.
Terms and Conditions

• By paying the deposit, Client acknowledges having read and accepted those Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
